Hello, My name is Jennifer. I am a wife and mother of two.  I have been working with parents for almost 15 years. 

I knew from the moment I had my first child that it was the most important job that I would ever have.

I am a lifelong learner. So I began to read , research and make my decisions evidence based.  I began talking to other parents and finding what worked for me and my child.

After having two of my own children and working in the parenting field. I pestered my employer to send me for lactation counselor training and then Doula training because I saw a lack of services in my area.

From the first time I helped a Mom nurse comfortably and successfully to the first birth I attended I was hooked. I knew this was where my passions lie.  I do as much research and reading for the parents I work with as I did for myself ( probably more). I am dedicated to offering quality services to all parents.  I continually educate myself, train and certify to keep offering up to date information and evidence based curriculum.

The years since 2020 have been difficult to say the least. The birthing

community has had to adapt quickly to serve the needs of the families.

Here at MommyStrong the adjustments had already begun. I realized

that it was becoming more difficult to serve everyone that needed it. 

Thus the change to consulting.   

Consulting is a wonderful offering in that it fits everything

MommyStrong can offer into a customizable package.
